Terms of Use

Effective date: 21 October 2026 · Applies to the Marble Drift Android app (package com.marbledrift).

In short

Marble Drift is a game. You can play offline as a guest for free. The full game uses a Solana wallet, and its shop sells in-game items for cryptocurrency. Payments on the blockchain cannot be reversed, so please check each payment before you approve it in your wallet.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Marble Drift (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Licence

You get a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

3. Accounts and wallets

In the full game your account is your Solana wallet address. You are responsible for your wallet and its security. Whoever controls the wallet controls the account. Do not use a wallet you are not allowed to use. We cannot recover a wallet or its keys.

4. Fair play

Hearts, the Daily Maze and streaks are managed by the server's clock. Do not try to cheat, tamper with the app or the server, exploit errors, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may limit or close an account that does.

5. Purchases

• Shop items (a heart refill, streak freezes and marbles) are digital items for use in the game. They have no value outside it and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Prices are set in US dollars. The server converts the price to SOL, SKR or USDC at the current market rate and shows you the exact amount, valid for about one minute, before you pay.
• The item is delivered after the server has verified your payment on the Solana blockchain. This normally takes a few seconds. If the connection drops, reopen the app online and the check is repeated.
• Blockchain payments are final: we and the app cannot reverse them. Network fees are paid by you to the network, not to us. Crypto prices change, so the same item can cost a different amount of SOL or SKR at another time.
• If you paid and the item did not arrive, write to us with your wallet address and the transaction signature, and we will check it and deliver the item or help.

6. Availability

The full game needs an internet connection and our servers. We may change, suspend or end features, worlds, items or the service. We try to keep it running but do not guarantee it will always be available.

7. Third-party names and services

Marble Drift is an independent game and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the Solana Foundation or Solana Mobile. “Solana”, “SOL”, “SKR” and “USDC” are names of their respective owners. Your wallet app and the app store you downloaded from have their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in the app is financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss (including loss of cryptocurrency, wallet access, game progress or items) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

10. Updates and changes

The app and these terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will change when they do. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
